With zero qualifications and no University degree, Richard's hunger to success was driven by family circmstances and a need to provide a decent life for his handicapped brother. After leaving school at 19 Richard began his entrepeneurial journey that saw him founding and exiting several companies and winning multiple business awards from HSBC and Ernst & Young. An appearance on Channel 4's Secret Millionaire TV Show followed as he launched Wow! Stuff and became a 'toypreneur'.

Richard is passionate about building businesses through innovation and is currently Co-founder and President of Wow! Stuff, a toy innovation company.

 He found out much later in life he was dyslexic - which explained many things and while a detriment at school proved an asset in his business life.
