Raina is the Group Chief Executive of Agincare, which delivers a comprehensive and diverse range of high-quality care and support services in over 90 locations across the country, employing in excess of 4,000 team members and finishing the 2023/24 financial year with revenue in excess of £125m. Raina has overseen significant, sustainable growth since joining Agincare in 2004, steering the family-owned company to become a leading independent care provider, which continues to grow and prosper nationwide.

As Group Chief Executive, Raina is responsible for the overall strategic direction and performance of all related companies, including external business relationships and further expansion and diversification plans.

Raina qualified as a social worker, before gaining a Masters in Mental Health Services. She possesses experience in private, Local Authority and NHS environments, and prior to joining Agincare was a Regulatory Inspector.

Raina is closely involved with various national sector organisations in respect of lobbying for the social care sector, and has contributed to several national reports. Along with other members of the Agincare senior leadership team, Raina also uses her skills and experience to support the local economy and community regeneration. She is Chair of the Portland Economic Vision Board, leading on a 15-year economic plan for the area, an Invest in Dorset Ambassador, a Trustee of Eden Portland, and Chair of Portland’s internationally renowned b-side arts organisation.
