Euan Blair is the founder and CEO of Multiverse. Multiverse is a tech company that identifies, closes and prevents skills gaps, through personalised, on-the-job learning. It partners with more than 1,500 companies in the US and UK to deliver skills that enable business transformation, as well as economic opportunity for individuals.

Prior to founding Multiverse, Blair was the UK CEO of Sarina Russo Group, an employment and training provider with more than 1,500 staff worldwide and a turnover exceeding £100m. Before that, Blair worked at Morgan Stanley, having started his career working for the US Congress House of Rules and Homeland Security Committees in Washington DC.
